Purpose of processing
Running and evaluating the online test; sending invitations/status emails; abuse prevention (light anti‑cheat signals without content).

What data?
– Contact data (name, email, language where provided)
– Test data (answers, score, evaluation details)
– Technical data (timestamps, IP/user‑agent, token/session)
– Anti‑cheat flags without contents (tab‑switch/blur, visibility, paste events recorded only as events/character count)

Legal basis
Pre‑contractual steps/contract (application) and legitimate interests (aptitude assessment, system operation, abuse prevention). No solely automated decision‑making takes place; a human will make the final assessment.

Recipients/Processors
– Hetzner Online GmbH (DE/EU) – hosting (servers/backups)
– METANET AG (CH) – VPS/SMTP/network
Data processing occurs in CH/EU; transfers to third countries only if necessary and with appropriate safeguards (SCC/TIA/encryption).

Retention
Test results for up to 6–12 months after completion/rejection; light anti‑cheat flags 90 days; technical logs 30–90 days. Afterwards deletion or anonymisation.
